Located in the heart of the Cotswolds, a walk through the fields to Chipping Norton or a short drive to villages such as Bourton on the Water and Stow on the Wold with their meandering rivers and beautiful market squares. Daylesford Organic Shop and Diddly Squat Farm Shop are all less than a 10 minute drive away. Our Local Pub reopened in Autumn 2023 after a full refurbishment, offering a beautiful new location for a true country meal, or just a drink - it's just a few minutes walk from the property.
The property is accessed by a long sweeping drive with outstanding views of natural beauty. A large South facing patio with outdoor eating area is ideal for enjoying the sun and views.
The spacious property sleeps 15 in 5 bedrooms including a detached self-contained annex. Two bedrooms (bunk bed with trundle and twin room) are on the ground floor (with a shower room) suitable for those who may need living on one floor.

We supply a starter kit of toilet rolls for the toilets (2 rolls per bathroom), as well as starter kitchen cleaning materials (cloths, dishwasher tablets etc). As the property is self-catering, further similar items will need to be purchased if required.
We have a Tassimo coffee machine if you wish to bring coffee pods.
The freestanding large charcoal bbq is yours to use - we ask that you please leave the bbq clean, and wash using an outside tap. We do not provide charcoal/firelighters.
Please note there are external security cameras for your protection as well as ours. These are only external to the property (doorbell, garden, external entrances, driveway etc), and are only accessed when there are security or safety concerns, or in an emergency. We are registered with the ICO and fully compliant with all relevant legislation.
